1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of OshoraQR. If you're not completely satisfied with your paid subscription (Professional or Enterprise plan), we offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Applies to first-time purchases only (not renewals)
  • Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • No excessive usage or abuse of the service
  • One refund per customer per account

Important: The 30-day guarantee applies only to the initial purchase. Subscription renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for refunds (but can be cancelled at any time).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at refunds@oshoraqr.com within 30 days of your purchase
  2. Provide Information: Include your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for the refund request
  3. Brief Feedback: Help us improve by sharing why the service didn't meet your needs (optional but appreciated)
  4. Confirmation: Our team will review and process your request within 1-2 business days
  5. Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Typical Refund Timeline:

Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or account.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Here's how cancellation works:

How to Cancel:

  1. Log in to your OshoraQR dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation and provide feedback (optional)
  5. Receive email confirmation

What Happens After Cancellation:

  • You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your business cards remain active until subscription expires
  • You can export your data before the subscription ends
  • Account automatically downgrades to Free plan at period end

Free Plan After Cancellation:

  • Your account remains active on the Free plan
  • Access limited to 1 business card
  • Additional cards will be archived (not deleted)
  • Premium features will be disabled
  • You can reactivate anytime

5. Partial Refunds and Prorated Credits

Annual Subscriptions:

If you cancel an annual subscription within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you receive a full refund. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access for the full year you paid for.

Monthly Subscriptions:

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Plan Downgrades:

If you downgrade from Enterprise to Professional (or Professional to Free):

  • Downgrade takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • No refunds for unused time on higher-tier plan
  • You keep premium features until period ends
  • No data loss - excess cards are archived

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
  • Services used beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee window
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Third-party services or add-ons (not directly provided by OshoraQR)
  • Custom development or consulting services (if applicable)
  • Physical business cards printed by third parties
  • Domain registration fees (if we offer domain services)
  • Promotional offers or discounted plans (unless stated otherwise)

Free Plan: Since the Free plan has no cost, there are no refunds applicable.

7. Failed Payments and Billing Issues

Payment Failures:

If a subscription payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

  • We'll attempt to charge your card up to 3 times over 10 days
  • You'll receive email notifications about failed payments
  • Update your payment method in account settings to avoid interruption
  • Account may be suspended after final failed attempt
  • No refunds for service interruption due to payment failures

Duplicate Charges:

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or multiple times:

  • Contact support immediately at billing@oshoraqr.com
  • Provide transaction details and proof of duplicate charges
  • We'll investigate and refund within 3-5 business days if confirmed

Billing Disputes:

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company:

  • Your account may be suspended pending resolution
  • Please contact us first to resolve billing issues
  • Chargebacks may result in account termination
  • We'll work with you to resolve legitimate billing concerns

8. Refund for Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using OshoraQR:

  • Contact support immediately to report the issue
  • We'll work to resolve the problem within 24-48 hours
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a prorated refund
  • Extended outages may qualify for service credits or refunds

Service Level Agreement (SLA): While we strive for 99.9% uptime, minor interruptions don't qualify for refunds. Significant outages lasting more than 24 hours may be eligible for service credits.

9. Account Reactivation After Refund

After receiving a refund:

  • Your account reverts to Free plan status
  • Premium features are immediately disabled
  • Data is preserved for 30 days in case you want to return
  • You can resubscribe at any time
  • 30-day money-back guarantee applies again on new purchases (one per customer lifetime)

Important: The 30-day money-back guarantee is limited to one use per customer per lifetime. Repeat refund requests may be declined.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

Your continued use of OshoraQR after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy. Refund requests made before policy changes will be honored under the previous terms.
