OshoraQR provides a SaaS platform for creating, managing, and sharing digital business cards with QR codes. Our Service includes:

• Digital business card creation and customization
• Multiple professional templates
• QR code generation for each business card
• Media gallery support (photos and videos)
• Social media integration
• Analytics and scan tracking
• Custom branding options (premium plans)

To use OshoraQR, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not use another person's account without permission or share your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Plan Types:

• Free Plan: Limited features with 1 business card
• Professional Plan: Enhanced features with up to 5 business cards
• Enterprise Plan: Full access with unlimited business cards

Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions
• You retain access to paid features until the subscription expires

Content Ownership:

You retain all rights to the content you upload (photos, videos, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Prohibited Content:

You may not upload or share content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains spam or unsolicited advertising

Prohibited Conduct:

• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform security
• Using automated scripts or bots without permission
• Scraping or data mining user information
• Interfering with other users' access to the Service
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
• Reselling or redistributing our Service

The OshoraQR platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without express written permission. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

Service Availability:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OshoraQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in a manner that harms us or other users

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted after a grace period. You may export your data before termination by contacting support.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OshoraQR, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or share

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OshoraQR regarding the use of the Service.
